It would be a miracle mop if it cleaned by itself.

Re: Miracle Mop

[ Edited ]

I hate mops. I use a microfiber mop in between cleanings. I either use my Floormate or my floor steamer. Aldi's has their version of the spin mop & bucket in their ad starting this Weds. the 6th. for $19.99. Includes spin bucket, 2 mop head refills and telescoping handle.

For those who are interested HSN has the Miracle Mop as a TSV.  Joy has it priced the same price as 25 years ago, due to the anniversary of the mop.  I was not watching Q at the time she was on so I have never tried it.  It is an updated version. In many colors and $19.95.  I do remember seeing Joy on the view a few years ago and she mentioned then that the mop sold after she demonstrated it.  Are there any Q viewers who saw that.  I think it is a big part of the movie, which I have not seen.  Like her or not some of her items are hits and some are misses.  I love her readers, pillows, one piece sheet system and I do have hangers.  Never heard why she left Q.  Enjoy ladies and have a great Sunday.

@sunshine 919 Happy New Year!  The TS Mop is even a better value if you use the $8 refund for the magazine. I got the gold before it sold out. Over 135,000 mops have been sold as of this time per the website!

Just went to Amazon and ordered the Twist and Shout after looking through reviews on line for mops.

Still love my Floormate by Hoover.   Picks up dirt, mops and than dries.  Presto time to have a seat in the Lazy boy.  Man Wink

Enjoy your new purchases!!

The Miracle Mop was my very first purchase with the Q many, many years ago. My dh used this mop for years. It finally gave out about a year ago. I certainly got my moneys worth out of it!

Can anyone please comment on the life cycle of the mop head? Does it hold up well to machine washing? How long did yours last before replacing it?

I'm debating on buying a backup mop head now or waiting. Thanks!!!

Where do you wring it out?  In all the demonstrations I've seen, Joy wrings it back into the bucket which I presume has clean water and cleanser in it. Please pardon my ignorance if I missed something. Woman Frustrated  I'm thinking of getting the one at Aldi's. Thanks so much.       docsgirl

The original mop head was cotton.  The new on is microfiber.  I would think the microfiber would last longer than cotton...especially after being washed and bleached.  Sorry, I don't know if I helped or not.  I ordered the extra mop head just to have on hand when I need it...you never knowSmiley Tongue
