I know this question isn't relevant to anything on QVC, but I just had to ask if anyone else has been to Mimis since they changed their menu? My husband and I and our son & DIL went Sundaynight. First thing we noticed the parking lot was empty, second thing-there was 3 couples in the restaurant. When we looked at our menus we realized why! They have changed from a family restaurant to a French Bistro. We were starving so we stayed and ordered. What an awful experience. It took at least 20 minutes for our server to bring bread, never did ask if we wanted water. It took another 30 minutes for the food. The food was terrible. I had sole which looked like 2 thin strips of jerky on the plate, they forgot the potatos! I didn't even taste it-just sent it back! My DIL ordered turkey ( one of the few things left from the old menu) The turkey was good, the broccoli wasn't even cooked (raw & cold) potatoes were out of a box & cold & the stuffing was mush! My son had Coq au van and it was too salty with one little piece of bone in chicken. My husband had the pot pie which was small but good! Then the manager couldn't figure out how to subtract a coupon from our bill. This was just a total nightmare-We will never eat there again!
