If it were me, I'd lower that price quite a bit if it has sat on the market for that long.  But then, what do I know.

I like the setting, but don't really care for the house or furnishings.

Amazing view, other than that I would not be interested. I like plain, simple, minimalist life style. 

I'm sure it will eventually sell at the right price to the right person. I hope they will enjoy it.

Beautiful view, but, like many, the rest of it does not appeal to me.

Hard to imagine the cost for upkeep and staff to care for such a place!

What a beautiful home from the outside but that furniture inside (blue sofa is ugly).  I have a feeling the inside furniture is staged.  I know Michael owns property in Bermuda.  He probably did not get to Spain that often with his family.  Must be nice to be rich.

I'm not sure Catherine had anything to do with the decor.  The estate was purchased when Michael was still married to Diandra Lukor.
