@Lilysmom1.  My topper shifted around a lot so I got the type of carpet pad that is sticky and looks like white felt, used for area rugs.  Worked great.

My 3-inch latex topper does not move around at all. The thing is dense and very heavy. It's a workout to flip it over which needs to be done at least twice a year. I do that all by myself so I know how heavy it is.

My latex 3" topper came from NaturallyNestled if that helps anyone. Cat Happy

 

I got the softest one offered since I'm a lightweight.  I'd give it 5 stars.
