For those who are near one, and are so inclined, there is the most wonderful creche scene, a large angel with enormous wings encircling Mary, Joseph, and baby. I have never seen anything like it.

There are two Marsha, this picture is the smaller one, the large one has huge wings with points for lack of a better description, both are nice, but the large one is spectacular.

That's very pretty... I also saw this one elsewhere, which might be larger or at least it costs more! Such beautiful things, but I'm not adding anything significant this year, or probably for the foreseeable future. Already far more holiday items that I could display or would want to display!

I think this is the larger that Macy's has.

I am so amazed to see this today. I attended our church bazaar yesterday, and bought the same type of piece there! It is so beautiful!!! I"d never seen anything like it before, and didn't hesitate in buying it. The coloring is much more subdued,and I think mine may be a little smaller than those in the pictures here, but I just love it, as does DH.

Bluegrassbaby: We're in the country also, with the same distance in driving to larger stores. I don't mind the drive to shop though, as I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. pinky
