Re: Mackenzie-Childs coming to QVC

I don't live far from them.  They are located in Aurora NY.  I use to go to their huge barn sale in July as the prices were deeply discounted. The town is so quaint and their shop is just beautiful.

Re: Mackenzie-Childs coming to QVC

I really like their products.  I have the 3 canister set of White Flower Market and the 3 of them in Royal Check.  I love the items but do not have the home design for many of their things.  They are not inexpensive.

ShopHQ again has Anushcka handbags so that can keep them busy for awhile.  I have a few of those too.  They are very nice and all leather.

I'm thrilled to see this line come  to qvc ,  I had hoped one day it would !!   I've had my eye on the famous courtly check teapit for awhile , maybe qvc will offer it at some point .     One of my dear friends gifts me a MC piece every Christmas so I do have many Christmas items , and I love every one of them !    She and I plan to go to there big  sale in August ,   they have it every year at the store in Aurora NY where Mackenzie child is located.   It is set in a beautiful area on the water,  it should be a fun day !    This is the first year I will be going .

I have never been a fan of this brand; it all looks the same to me.

Re: Mackenzie-Childs coming to QVC

QVC has MC items posted, those familiar with the Courtney Check, there are some pretty new releases- the macaroon tree, bunnies and hyacinths topiary 🖤🤍…MC is so overpriced, was hoping QVC would offer a promo discount. I live in upstate NY and my daughters and used to go to the Barn Sale in Aurora every summer (July) and merchandise was marked down as much as 75%, we would shop, do a flight at a winery and head home, so much fun. Those days are gone- new owners, the Barn Sale (diring Covid) was online and a disaster, so unfairly priced, was not discounted like a true Barn Sale and one day would be marked lower but you’d already purchased so too late, charged shipping for EVERY item and some never came. Customer Service was only available by FB Messenger, so disappointing and took advantage of all of us that thought it was truly the Barn Sale, never will purchase from them direct again, I love the whimsical style!

Re: Mackenzie-Childs coming to QVC

I like Mackenzie-Childs and appreciated the 6 easy pays on ShopHQ. It made the price of their pieces easier to budget. Q is more stingy with their easy pay offerings. I don't see myself buying any on Q because of that. 3 and 4 ep is not enough to sway me when Shop had 6.

They might offer a 10% discount the first day. They did that when M-C first appeared on ShopHQ.

@Sakuya right?! I don’t see they offered anything, items were new as of yesterday, maybe if they do a presentation!?

At least there is a possibility of free S&H.  Shop HQ had ridiculous S&H.

Re: Mackenzie-Childs coming to QVC

@justK If they do a discount I would guess it would be first time it is presented on air. That day.

@rms1954 On ShopHQ it was free shipping when order was $150 or more on days they were presenting. Not hard to do since items are expensive. They also did yet another price increase.

I really am a fan of the line, but I consider purchases carefully.
