MY DURAFLAME TSV SHIPPED VERY QUICK BUT....

It has been sitting at a UPS facility 3 hours away for 5 DAYS. Got this for MIL for Xmas and told her to be expecting it (didnt tell her what is was). Anyway according to the tracking info it has been sitting 3 hours away for 5 days, why wouldnt they deliver it? I hope it didnt get lost or something. Has this happend to any of you before. It hasnt us.
