Can you imagine a yard sale where everything is absolutely beautiful?
Can you imagine a yard sale where the entrance has a Citibank Booth to
arrange financing?
I love me some Martha Stewart but I think this is a reminder of how old I am.
She seems to be getting ready to head up over the ridge of Turkey Hill and thus the
cleanout.
Her next book will be "How to make your clouds Taupe and Eggshell!"
I have always thought you were heavenly, Martha!

@781Florist She hasn't lived on Turkey Hill for many many years. I saw the pictures of some of the things she sold. She sure does have a lot of stuff. Time to get rid of it. When she goes it will be kicking and screaming. Lol

I live in this area and I was absolutely killing myself that I missed the announcement that she was having a tag sale. I only found out the morning of the first day and by then it was too late. Tickets for the event were sold out. Holy moly, I would have LOVED to go to that. Big fan of everything Martha. Can you imagine the treasures available for purchase? They had everything from furniture to the smallest tchotchke.

@Linda0215 I agree, it would have been fun to look at all the stuff. Tickets to enter cost $250.00 I'm pretty sure that's what I read.

Yes, they were $250 and you know what? I would have gladly paid it in this case. Definitely worth the price of admission for me. I feel like Martha has exquisite taste and I'm sure I could find a few trinkets to come home with. My poor credit card so I guess it's for the best. I'll have to content myself with watching the show.

Wait, $250 to get in? Does that go towards your purchases??

@proudlyfromNJ LOL! I know she has been gone from Turkey Hill for awhile, but it simply fit the euphemistic word picture I was trying to paint! I know she has been in ME, CT, NY and who knows where else. She probably follows a trail of ochre, sage, and terra cotta crumbs in order to find her way back home!

@781Florist Lol! Forget the crumbs, the chauffeur works better.
