@Oznell I saw this lovely home in the sky on Youtube and just loved it. I adore the garden of pillows...so, so pretty and all the blue and white. I also collect blue and white and have for years...goes with everything.

Marlo has always been a favorite of mine. Thanks for the lovely pictures.

@sligo , I don't know if Marlo has a decorating book. You can see more of her apartment at the online site "Open House". Just search: Inside Marlo Thomas's Glamorous Upper East Side Penthouse. Open House TV. ( Phil wasn't in the video).

She also has a collection of housewares at Williams Sonoma, if you are interested.

@Oznell The apartment is lovely. I like how much light there is. The view is spectacular. I did not know she did designs for WS.

I just loved That Girl growing up. I love the blue and white items, love the coffee cup. I'm glad she followed her dad being involved in St. Jude. The dog is precious.

I love all the greenery and blue and white pieces.

The floral pillows are beautiful. I'm envious that she has a library, I could use one of those with my over crowded bookcases and stacks of books on the floor. I need to destash.

Spectacular views! I like all the greenery inside her apartment and most of the furnishings and accessories. I'm not really into blue and white ceramics. A few too many floral pillows for me, but on her neutral sofa they look nice. Cute dog!

I understand your point, but why would a woman in her 80s who doesn't need the money try to get a job acting again? Not many 80-ish actresses are in demand these days, anyway.

Do Marlo and Phil have separate apartments in NYC? He isn't mentioned even once.

She has continued to act, just more sporadically. I remember seeing her in an off-Broadway play about eight years ago. I know I've seen her, and heard her, in other more recent things.

I think for any actor, any person that has a strong creative gene, it's not about the money though I would suspect she'd find some philanthropic use for it, it's about stretching yourself artistically.
