This is lovely. I would just change the living room rug to  paler color that is not dark red and the art does not appeal to me at all....but art is personal.

It's nicely done....just not my style.  I know you liked the pink lamp but I'm not a pink person so that would definitely be replaced.  Also, the rooms appeared really spacious except for the kitchen.  I'd do some renovating to the rooms to make the kitchen a little bigger.
