Luminara candle stopped working

I bought a set of luminara candles when they were the TSV a couple of months ago. I really like them. About two weeks ago, one of them stopped working, it is not the batteries, I saw the candle on and off with the light until it went off, I believe it is the small light bulb.

Any ideas if the small light bulb can be replaced? At the bottom there are a couple of tiny screws to remove the bottom part of the candle. Maybe that way it can be done.

I had also purchased Luminara candles and they were sold as a set of 3. All 3 of them stopped working conveniently at the same time!! I have other Luminara Candles that I purchased from the Luminara website and never had a problem with them. I have had issues with Luminara Candles from QVC once before. At first I thought it was the batteries, so I put new ones in them and they will turn on for a few seconds and then they will shut off. They wont go on by moving the button and they wont go on with the remote. When I take out the batteries and then reinstall them the candle with turn on again but after a few seconds it will just go off. All three of my candles to the same thing. This is just irritating because these candles are expensive and its difficult to even buy one candle. This has to happen conveniently after a month or so............so not able to return them.

I've never owned Luminara candles for the very reason others have had problems. For me, too expensive in the first place especially if they stop working.
