Luminara Candles and moisture?

I have eight Luminara window candles that I love. Yesterday one of them didn't come on per the timer setting. I picked it up to check the batteries and water poured out of it. I know it's crazy, but true. Anyone else have this happen to them. I'm stumped. When I checked all other candle, dry and working. Condensation perhaps? Clueless. Thanks!{#emotions_dlg.blush}
