Yes, I was blessed that my first husband had a job that took us on extended trips all over the world  - usually 6 to 8 months at a time. Then from where we were we could travel that area of the world. And we got to do this when we were young. So many people have to wait til they retire  to travel and by then they are physically limited in what they can do.

Can you imagine the meticulous work some artisan had to do? Those are not painted tiles - every color change is a different tile.
