Looking For a Cooling Mattress Topper

Any suggestions or recommendations?  I don't want a full mattress, just a topper.

Re: Looking For a Cooling Mattress Topper

We purchased a Serra topper from Kohl's 3-4 weeks ago and really like it. Cost about $159 on sale for Queen size.

It's a 3" foam  with a cooling matter pad.

The other ones you have to order and they are must more expensive.

If you have a Kohl's, go to the store and check them out.

We bought the cool pillows too.

Check Amazon. There are lots of ads on Facebook for cooling toppers and most are sold on Amazon.

Re: Looking For a Cooling Mattress Topper

While looking for a new mattress pad, I found dozens and dozens of toppers that are supposed to be cooling.

Google "best cooling mattress toppers" and see what has been highly recommended and has the best reviews.

I have a sealy mattress pad that is supposed to be cooling. It didn't really help.

I just bought a Tempurpedic mattress pad. It wasn't advertized as cooling but I've noticed a difference since I started using it.

I have a ceiling fan above my bed which has been my life saver.

Re: Looking For a Cooling Mattress Topper

My mattress came with a gel-infused memory foam layer and it stays pretty cool. Regular memory foam gets hot, but the gel-infused kind seems to stay cooler.

Re: Looking For a Cooling Mattress Topper

I saw one presented recently on QVC. I still don't understand the cooling effect. The Northern Nights pillows that were recently a TSV do nothing at all for cooling except they're heavy. Good luck in your search. I'm a night sweater and end up tossing and turning a lot in the summer, never being cool enough.

Check out the Concierge Collection on HSN.  They have mattress toppers.  The one I suggest is 100% cotton cooling mattress topper for $59.95 in any size plus free shipping.  The item # is 783-785.  They also offer cool to touch blankets, sheets, throws, etc.  I love this brand!!

Re: Looking For a Cooling Mattress Topper

I am aware where I can look, but I'm asking more about if anyone had a specific brand they liked or did not.  QVC has one, Henredon H392972 and has a ton of good reviews but the reviews are from The Bedroom Store.  I went to their site and they don't even sell that brand.

Re: Looking For a Cooling Mattress Topper

Many of the more expensive toppers I've seen seem to mention gel as a cooling agent, which makes sense.
