Re: London Apartment- Kitchen/Dining

Nice, but the chairs are too big for the space.

Wayyyyyyy too tight.  I'd go for a free-standing, glass, walk-around counter with bar-height, leather-covered, backed stools whose seats tuck under to save space.

oh dear.  whoever did that room really blew it!  that area needs a small rectangular plexiglass table and either clear chairs, or tuck under the table stools ... imo.

It's a good use of the small space.

Love the door on the left side.  Not a fan of the light fixture nor the table set.

The pink warms up the room nicely.

That said, the selection of table and chairs are too large for the small space. It will be difficult to become seated at the table and the walls will become scratched from the metal on the chairs. Not the best choices IMO.

My NYC apt. kitchen isn't much bigger.  I like small kitchens - much less to keep clean.  My dining area is a fairly good size space ... one of the big "L" shaped living area.

The round table is a bit big ... I would use one of those foldng/convertble tables that can be placed against the wall and opened when dining.

This is a big 'meh' for me... Nice enough, I suppose, but nothing about this room impresses me...

While I really like a sleek modern design, this is just too sterile for me.  I'd have to tweak a lot of things to make it work.

I don't care for the dining table or chairs.
