Thinking of retiring to Idaho. Visited Boise Twin Falls and those surrounding areas. Coming from So Cal, not thinking of North ID.
Anyone have pros/cons of living in ID. Quality of life. We love the rivers, green belt, old towns. Like the new suburbs. Maybe acre?
What towns should we look into?
Appreciate any info.

Loved the years we lived in Idaho
in two different mountain resort towns.
Love Boise and Eagle and Meridian also. Beautiful state .

I suggest visiting in the winter before making a decision. It gets really cold!

@Love my grandkids  They're all over the place, not just Idaho. They are now free to stop hiding.

If my memory serves me rightly.....they aren't too far from eachother but Eagle is a more expensive area.
