Lifeproof ceramic coating for stainless steel

I saw the ad on facebook...it is a ceramic coating for appliances, glass and counter tops.   It is supposed to help with fingerprints and streaking after cleaning in the traditional manner.  The product is called LIFEPROOF..it's a spray.

Has any one used or heard about this product?

@Mom2Dogs

I've seen it but there are so many products out there.  I never have spots on my stainless steel that I can't remove with Barkeeper's friend, once every 2-3 weeks; I don't get streaks on my shower doors (I dont' know why, some people do and I have the frameless ones) and I don't have fingerprints on my fridge or stove that don't wipe off with microfiber.  But if you use it and makes life easier, let us know.  We might find it easy to keep them from spotting for a long period of time.

@Nonametoday    I have not looked thoroughly at what the product could be used on but my stove top (black) is the worst for streaking, no matter how I clean it.

I may need to try this, my fridge drives me crazy. Going to go read the reviews.

I had my car spayed with a ceramic coating a while back. Not sure what brand but boy did my car stay clean and shiny for a really long time!

@SilleeMee

Thank you.  Now I could use that.  My appliances, counters and sink don't seem to need it.  My glasstop stove is a lost cause from long ago.  I don't like the thing and wish I could have had a gas stovetop and an electric oven.  Oh, well, the best laid plans of mice or men.

Let me know if it works.  I think my glasstop is a lost cause.  I don't like it and wish I did not have it.  C'est la vie.  DH liked it.

Re: Lifeproof ceramic coating for stainless steel

After seeing this thread last night I checked out reviews on it.  Ordered from the A today as they had the best price currently.

I've used a fairly inexpensive product called GelGloss for years on my bathroom tile and kitchen counters/appliances.  I like it but thought I'd see if the ceramic coating lasts longer.  What convinced me to try was the picture of the strainer basket in the stainless steel sink.  If it can keep that cleaner longer it will be worth the price!!

@Mom2Dogs Keep me updated and I will do the same.  I have not tried it yet and I know we won't know how long lasting it will be.  I'm anxious to try it to compare to the GelGloss I've been using but I'm slowly purging my kitchen cupboards and want to wait until I'm done with that first.  Sure wish I could use it on the toilet and not have to clean that again for 12 months LOL (I'm kidding!!!)
