I ordered one of these, they're filled with tourmaline I believe and used for washing instead of detergent. Has anyone tried this?

i forgot I have a He machine now and these are fine for high efficiency washers in UK but not tested in the states. LOL

Its not like detergent so I don't see how it could even harm the machine

thank you

Yes I purchased it when it was a TS.  The verdict is still out whether or not it does as well as detergent.  The problem with liquid detergent (for us) was my husband always used too much.

Do you have a machine that requires the He type detergents?

I ordered it and could not get the white egg open.  I figured it was a lost cause until someone said to email the company in England.  They suggested how to open it.  It still didn't work.  They "dispatched" a new one from England complete with customs clearance on it.  A few days later I received 2 more.

I do not have a HE machine.  I'm satisfied and have saved a good amount on laundry detergent.
