@lolakimono No, I don't.  Just a shade, not really large, of appropriate shape with a dark gold/bronze colored antique like shade.  I think it would be great for a corner, buffet in the dining room, etc.  to add some drama.

No- the shade is just as I posted.

The shades were a pair that were also at Shopgoodwill.com.  I took a chance that they would arrive unharmed and fit the scale of the lamps. I thought maybe they were from Anthropologie, but from a Google search I see that they were Ikea shades.

This is what I ended up doing.  I used my ribbon stash, but I ended up not using the orange one that I had in mind because there wasn't enough orange in the shade.  

I removed the background, which is why the base looks weird.  It took two coats of Kilz to neutralize the wood before I could paint it with spray paint.

Did you draw a pattern on the shade before the ribbon 🎀 application?  Did you use a glue gun?

Impressive!  Where will you use the lamp?
