These rooms scream for some color, texture and pattern, basics of good interior design.  Bland and uninteresting.

Nice relaxing view. I like the warmth of the first room best. I like the pale sand color on the walls in the living & dining rooms. I would prefer more color in the furnishings & accessories.

@Iwantcoffee The first thing I'd trash is that horrible light fixture in the dining room, then I'd add some color and change the chairs. Too bland for me.

I like the wood floor in the second pix and the beach chairs in the last. That's about it!

It's a "retreat" so I understand the absence of plants.  What a peaceful relaxing low maintenance escape for the weekend...just lovely.
