The view is spectacular!  I love the fireplace but the rest of the room doesn't feel warm and inviting to me.  I would change the furnishings and light and bring some warmth to the room.  I prefer a cozy comfortable look in a lake home.

The colors are nice ... the rug ties it all together, I think.    I'd prefer arms on the chairs (I think it's an age thing), but I won't quibble about that.
