I have a set of two My Pillows that I purchsed here in 2014. We love them and I have washed them several times. Well this last time the seam pulled apart on one of them and a lot of the stuffing came out. I contacted My Pillow customer service, sent them the details, and not only are they replacing the damaged pillow but they are sending two additional pillows. Fed Ex. How about that? Makes me a happy customer.

Thanks for this thread. It's good to know if something goes wrong, My Pillow Company stands behind their 10 yr. warranty.

I've been looking at these. I recently moved and have some new guest rooms I need pillows for. I'm thinkng of getting myself new ones and sending the old ones to the spare room. But how do you determine whether to get firm or medium? I'm not sure without trying them I guess? And do they use regular pillow cases?

@J9

Oh, yes, they use regular pillow cases.

I'm not sure what to tell you as to firmness. My DH and I both used to need two pillows for sleeping to get enough support. We are both happy with the My Pillow firm option.

I LOVE pillows and have several.  I sleep with 5.  LOL  I have wanted to order these so bad but can never decide on size or firmness.  The next time there is a special I'm going to try them.

I did buy a travel pillow so I could try them and not spend a bunch.  It was $25 on Amazon.  I know they have the travel 2 pc. set here for a tad cheaper, but I didn't want 2 pillows not knowing if I'd like them.

I have decided I want the regular/queen size since the King size is too long to maneuver in the night.  I have also decided I want the medium.  I love this little travel pillow.  I emailed them and asked them what firmness is was closest to and they said medium.

NOW, do I want CLASSIC or PREMIUM?????  There are too many decisions!!!

@mima Based on a friend's recommendation, I just bought the regular/queen size, medium pillow in Classic.  It's a present for my mom who's been wanting one for some time now.  I haven't given it to her yet, but I wanted to tell you that I got it at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $40.00.  It was $50, but I had a 20 percent off coupon.  That's the cheapest I've seen it anywhere.

@mima @Citrine1 I saw them at BBB as well, but even with 20% off coupons on two items it still winds up cheaper at Q. ($75.41 incl shipping & incl tax at Q vs. $86.80 incl tax at BBB for two standard size pillows.)

@J9 yes you are right.  I should have clarified that I didn't order from BBB -- I bought it in the store, therefore no shipping.  Also, my mother was very specific that she only wanted one pillow.  If I were to purchase two, yes, QVC is the better deal.  Sorry I wasn't more specific @mima!

I Should have gotten the queen medium because that was the correct size.  Instead I got king firm which really wasn't right, but I wanted to get the most for my money - silly me.
