I purchased the Keuirg 11/25. Tracking info says shipped 11/26...then tracking says out for delivery 11/29. I have not received it. Customer service "says"..oh, there is a delay and 500 other keurig have been stalled for delivery. Well, how can my tracking say out for delivery (scanned in MY town) if there was a ship issue. And why was I not emailed??? Errrr..So QVC says call UPS. I do and...they say call QVC...seriously?? Ya..call me a cry baby...I just want the TRUTH people!
