Nice look, except for the hanging plants which are odd to me. Heating and cooling would be a challenge.

I've never been a fan of industrial or loft apartments. The second one with that tall cement column and what looks like rusted corner protectors makes me think it was formerly a parking garage.

I can't imagine how these spaces are kept clean, nor the enormous heating bills. I always think the high ceilings are a huge (no pun intended) waste of space.

Both of these are an easy pass for me.

I'm not a fan of industrial style, and wouldn’t choose it for myself, but I think both spaces look nice. I would need to add some color to the first one to lighten it up a bit. I like the second one best, but I would make a few changes to it too.

Beautiful space. Also, love the sofa sectional and rug. Not crazy about the wheels/cocktail table. The space gets so much natural light. I bet it looks cool when it rains.

I could move into the first one as is and be very happy. Love the space. The second one not so much. Love the space but not what they did with it. I would like to start from scratch and see what I could do with it. What a fun challenge since it's way outside my comfort zone.

That's my sectional but non of the rest of these are anything I'd like. I really dislike Industrial style. Looks like you'll have the Borg over for lunch.
