July TSV Tree

I am way late in asking this but I work non-stop in the summer, so here goes. I ordered the TSV 9' pre-lit tree on July 25, it stayed lit a few hours and the the middle went out. We returned it and were unable to get a replacement. I love the tree and really would like to have one. Anyone else get the tree? Problems?
