The Container Store used to carry these -- also the cascading hooks and clips.  Not sure if they still do...

@MM13    Yes, all velvet hangers are not created equally. Joy's hangers are very sturdy, most are not. Target sells them.

@TerBoop    I know that Target carries hangers that looked like Joy's and maybe they are Joy's.  They had black and off white.  Or try Amazon.
