If I had a designer, I would chose that young woman from Love it or List It 11-not the first woman. 

She makes everything look so light and beautiful but also comfortable and cozy, elegant, interesting.I just might want it a little more lived in and cozy look and a little less modern.

@on the bay  living on the beach is the dream! but we can pretend she and Alex Rodriguez (!!!!!) wiil be worrying about storms and tsunamis.

I like her because she never does the same thing and always makes sure she designs with things that are meaningful to the family rather than just her own decorating tastes.
