Jim Shore Heartwood Creek Pricing

I have collected quite a few Jim Shore pieces. But I think the prices have gone up

so much they have become prohibitive for me. Does anyone else feel this way?

I've collected angels of all kinds and I'm especially fond of the bunnies at

Easter. But I haven't bought any for the last couple of years. Right now QVC

does not have much other than Christmas. Regardless, whatever the season,

the pieces are getting too high for me to enjoy collecting his work. That makes

me sad.

I've noticed the increase in prices too....and it seems the increase has hit his angel line (which I collect like you) ... Although I did look at his website shop and in the NEW SEASONAL category there were still some reasonbly priced items ....I do check his website for sales, and there is a local collectible shop that has some good sales on his stuff too.....

Animals are reliable, full of love, true in their affections, grateful. Difficult standards for people to live up to.”
