I like jewel toned colours, but I think the walls are a bit too much!

I love jewel tones too but would tire of the room quickly I think.

@lolakimono

I see both pictures, the second one has truer colors. First is slightly muddy and muted.

🎨

I love and wear softened jewel tones, but they look terrible in my house. I know. Someone gave me a beautiful laz-z-boy recliner with jewel tones in the upholstery for a gift.

I knew it would look awful, but I let them bring it in so they could see for themselves how color-wise, it 'fought" with everything around it.

The original tiles, woodwork, built in cabinets, etc make my house a warm "Autumn".

Agree.  The wall color would be exhausting to look at, especially with no fabric window treatment to soften the harsh rectangular windows.

Reminds me of a lobby.

Beautiful to walk through now and then, but I wouldn't want to sit there night after night.

I've never seen the color combinations before but they blend well.  It's not my taste but with the large windows, it works well.  I'm not a fan of purple & would rather seen a different jewel color
