Christmas decor was put away yesterday.  I wanted to get it squared away before going back to work tomorrow.

It will be up through next weekend.  We have company coming next Sunday so I will leave it up.  Ordinarily I would have taken it down next Saturday or Sunday.  Or not... Woman LOL

I'll get the tree taken down today because I'm off but it normally stays up for another week.

Everything is still up here.  My husband has yet to celebrate Christmas yet... not until Jan 7, when the orthodox Christians celebrate.

Our whole town will be lit up until until after Jan 14.

I would normally have taken my tree down today but my housekeeper was scheduled today so I'll do it tomorrow or wed.

No.  We took ours down Christmas afternoon. No sign of the holidays left at our house and I'm happy with that.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

I took mine down today.  I didn't plan to but my husband was off from work and I figured he could lug it all upstairs instead of me!

Everything inside, except the candles in the windows, is put away for another year.  Outside the wreaths are still on all the doors and windows.

The dog is perplexed as he enjoyed sleeping under the family room tree.  He's 16 so who knows whether or not he'll make another year.Smiley Sad

Ours came down the day after Christmas. All the Christmas stuff now goes in my sisters attic. Hopefully we will be in the new house by next Christmas. If not no tree next year.

Yes, it's artificial and staying up until Epiphany. I took down all the window candles and scattered small decorations. We have a live wreath on the front door that will stay up through much of January or as long as it still looks good. I spray it with water. Got it at a garden center, it has a plum color bow with coordinating berries and I think it's beautiful.
