I went thru a tote of holiday decor tonite that I haven't opened since last Christmas and I found MOLD! OMG!
I have a ceramic decor piece my BFF made for me years ago. It has a glazed finish on the outside but is unglazed on the inside. I've cleaned all traces of the mold with Clorox Cleanup and looks okay. Question is......still safe to use as a decor item? I'm concerned the mold has seeped into the unfinished interior and it won't be safe no matter how I clean it.
It's decorative and not used for food. Suggestions? TIA !!
