Re: If Brown is Your Jam Bedroom

The only things I like about this room are the window/doors (?) and the drapes.

I don't like the extremely high, pitched ceiling or all those lights hanging down.  And the trees on the wall look like they're being blown in a storm.  Not very peaceful or cozy to me.

Way too much brown and way too dark for me.

I like it. It's so dark that I'll bet you could get some good rest in there.

I would take away the wall of trees and maybe paint the ceiling white.

The floor is beautiful.

With a few tweaks, this room would be ideal for me.  I don't like the herringbone pattern on the floor and all those pendant lights would have to go.  And, if one isn't already there, I would add a fireplace.

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.

A bit too masculine for me, but very beautiful, perfectly designed for that room.  Love the wooden floor and ceiling.

Re: If Brown is Your Jam Bedroom

I actually like this room. Maybe because the ceilings are high so the room doesn’t appear to be small.
