I have a small half bath just off my entryway that is a guest bathroom. Have been looking for something small to store extra toilet tissue, cleaning supplies and to hide the bowl brush in for a while now. Tried all the local haunts, resale and antique stores, popular web sites. I just need something small. Anyone have any creative solutions they have used?

They sell 18" high x 30" wide and 36" wide wall cabinets at Home Depot and Lowes that you would hang on the wall above the toilet. I have been shopping for a cabinet for over my washer/dryer and I was looking at these.

For storing toilet paper rolls and for the bowl brush, I use many different shapes of umbrella stands: very tall and narrow works well for the rolls. For the brush and cleaner, try a short, wide-mouthed one.
For under the sink base cabinet, try a narrow shelf stand ( like the ones for creating shelving in dish cabinets ) to store bottles of cleaning solutions. Or, if width is an issue, try the small corner shelf units. More expensive, have a shelf built into the back wall where you can have a pull out shelf-- this would have a strange shape to accommodate the pipe(s).
In the base cabinet in my condo kitchen, I have used this slide out shelf on the cabinet floor to get to things way in the back that are under an upper short shelf. ( Thank goodness this is only a vacation place or I would redo the whole kitchen to make it easier all around, but another story.)
Forgot to mention, I also use hotel style wall "metal" shelving racks to hold towels, bath mat, hand towels --- it is decorative, useful storage and can free up space elsewhere.

I love nice woven baskets for this type of thing. I've used ceramic vases to hold/hide the toilet brush and somettimes flower planters in ceramics. It's the shape, color and size that I look for first and then a sturdy/natural material that looks nice. There are some beautiful designer "type" wastebaskets that can be tucked in those odd spaces to hold these types of items.
I have tiny full bathrooms and am always on the hunt for these types of items. They need to be accessed but I don't want to see them in full view. My two lucky stops are Bed & Bath and Pier 1.

How about a pretty basket with a top? Handy in any room.

You beat me to it!!!
This was my reply. I like baskets in general, and there are many styles today, not all have to have that country look if that isn't 'you'. And a lid for it is a must, as bathrooms can get dusty, and you don't want that type of thing covered in dust before use.

Decorative boxes intended to hold CD's are just the right size to hold two rolls of toilet tissue and usually will fit atop the toilet tank.

I have a half bath with a pedestal sink with no storage. I have a toilet tissue holder on the tank and put the cleaning supplies in another bathroom.

We have one of the free standing behind the toilet cabinets and I love it.
I don't how I got along without it for so many years.
