Scott has been made by the Kleenex people (Kimberly Clark) ever since they bought them out years ago.

Scott has been made by the Kleenex people (Kimberly Clark) ever since they bought them out years ago.

I don't buy Scott products because, in my experience, they are not good quality. I don't care who makes them.

I actually looked for the IM boxes last time I bought a box of tissues, but didn't see them.
