I recall some of those - one was some stuff that was a paste that came in a can with a sponge and another was the little bullet shaped concentrate that you mixed with water in a spray bottle. they also used to have Fuller Brush co concentrates.

If they give you a problem, you have your own maid service and what you have been using for showers does not work good enough for hard water. Say a few please and lots of thank you'd, and all they will think of is $$. The hard water was just an example, but I think you get the idea. Bought really good commercial equipment at usually good prices. The best place was out of a catalog, but the company we used for that required proof we were a business! Oh, most commercial cleaners do come in concentrated solutions.

I used to buy from the janitorial supply all the time. This was several years ago. They charged me a different price than licensed businesses. Most all of the supply companies say they are open to public. There are certain things they will not sell, like the industrial cleaners and stuff.
Merry Maids and a few other companies have their own brand, as they use very bland products. They have gone to the no scents, and products that will not hurt a flea. They don't clean some things well. If you want them to use bleach or a stronger product on grout or sink they have to send in someone who is authorized to use it. The reason is I guess many cleaners have damaged customers belongings with bleach and harsher cleaners.

Does anyone remember the black superclothes? I called them miracle rags. You can cleqn glass with them perfectly clean and streak free every time. Mine are so old they are falling apart - I have been looking for them online.

I recall them also. Now all we get is endless hours where a vacuum cleaner is the only thing presented. Which is very appropriate considering how the programming is.

I have a white glass top stove that gets stained every time I cook anything on it. I sprinkle a little baking soda on it and scrub with a kitchen sponge with the scrubber on one side. Most stains come right off. If it is cooked on, then one of the razor thingeys that you use to scrape paint off of windows gets that right off, too. No special products required. Try it, you'll see that it works great.

Thank you wismis that is them.
I have used the razor to clean the glass stovetop - it doesn't get the stains off. Someone here said she cleans hers off as soon as they spill - on the hot stove - that is a really good way to get a bad burn.
