I need a hand vac for doing areas a regular vac won't work. Suggestions?

There are so many to choose from but one I DO know: it MUST have a switch you turn on vs having to hold a button down while you use it.

Is there a brand you all love? TY!

The Shark Wandvac is perfect. It costs about $130, and comes with a wand attachment, an upholstery brush and a charging stand that holds all. I got mine at Lowe's Hardware, but I saw it in QVC. IMG_0178.jpeg

I'd like that too. The one I have you have to keep the button pressed and it hurts my hand. Also the nozzle is awkward and you have to be right on top of it and keep adjusting.

I bought it in the spring and I love it. It's lightweight and for something so small it it really cleans up messes! I thought it  was a little pricey but it's worth every penny. You really do get what you pay for.

I took a look and have it in my cart at the Walmart website. It's definitely more than I'm used to paying but I use it almost every day so I may just go ahead and get it.

Do you find it easy I clean?

Thanks for the recommendation!

I have a Bissell from HSN,  # 751-355, $39 with free s/h.

I bought it on sale when it was $29 and I had a $10 coupon.  Really a bargain!  Love it--powerful, charges easily, easy to clean.

Thanks for the recommendation on the HSN Bissell. I was following this thread because I need a new handheld vac too. I like the Bissell name so checked it out on HSN. Looks great, and $39 is a great price with free shipping. Looking forward to getting it!

That Shark Wandvac When I first got it, I thought it was the best thing ever.  6 months into it, it won't hold a charge for more than like 90 seconds.  I have tried everything,  I keep the filter very clean.

This was probably  my worse QVC purchase.  Well I had another Shark stick vac again 6 months.  Wouldn't pick up anything. My days of looking twice at Shark are OVER.

I've been eyeing BOTH of those and hesitated because BOTH have reviews saying they stop holding their power after a few months. I'm not fond of "disposable" appliances and I wonder if their little engines burn up quickly due to the power needed to vacuum up items?

Costco has the Shark for I believe 80. Saw that online but then price disappeared.
