It will be a nice addition and coordinate nicely with the champagne items of LR we have. The angel's dress is a simple, plain 'champagne' tone/color, which I like better than Jim Shore's illuminated nativity angel.

Don't get me wrong, I have several JS pieces, I just like that VPH's angel's skirt doesn't compete with the lighted focal point on the inside. I find JS's to be too 'busy' for my taste.

I was SOOOOOO tempted to get the snowman too, love the carolers (have a couple of sets of those of VPH's), but kept to just getting the angel

I haven't seen the JS version. Valerie's are cute, but they don't go with my decor. They will probably sell out, so you may want to order. I snoozed and lost out on the finials.

graycatsrule, The JS version was sold last year on the Q (H201727) and around other online retailers.

I do have 2 lovely angels of JS...one is the approx 12-14" version of (H281472) which I will display in our bedroom during the holidays on my vanity/chest of drawers...the other is about 4" and carrying a basket of flowers and is in a bookcase in our kitchen all year round with JS's St Francis figure (H367305)
