I just don't like multicolor LED

I'd like to get a new tree, multicolor, but I just can't get myself to like the garish shades of LED multicolor. Does anyone else prefer the old incandescent better? I know the sales pitch is that the newer LED colors are better, but to my eye it's still not the same.
