I guess I am "odd man out" here.  I have several baby blankets with faux sherpa for my bulldog, plus several jackets with sherpa linings and have never had issues.  I find it cuddly and warm.

I have ordered two of the upcoming tsv blankets , although I haven't yet tried this brand.  Hope I haven't made a big mistake !Woman Frustrated

Count me in as another 'odd man out'. I love the jacket I have had for many years with the sherpa lining. Feels so good and I've never had any issues with it.

I have probably a 20 year old faux suede/sherpa throw by Woolrich that I love.  It is not soft and cuddly but is warm and heavy and a great dog bed/blanket.

All I will say is that I would never wish for a kitchen apron made of sherpa.

@Mominohio  No, it isn't just you or the items you've owned in sherpa.  It's all bad, IMO.  If I ever buy anything else with it even remotely mixed in, I deserve what I get.  I know better.

For those who love it, good for you.  I guess that's what makes life interesting,  different likes and dislikes. I see a lot of people wearing sherpa lined coats and I wonder how they do it.  I have sensitive skin, I guess.
