I Need Some Help with Vinyl Siding Stain

A licensed "bug" guy sprayed for bees on our porch, behind the shutters. He told me it would not stain, but it did. Since we live in an adult community, the property manager contacted this firm. We are still waiting to hear what they may do to remove the stains, but I'm not too hopeful. So far this concern told us they used the proper stuff and it must have been something behind the shutters causing the stain. BUNK!!! We've tried dish detergent & water and Simple Green. Both really did nothing. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
