Nice house - great view - privacy ... but not for me.  

I'm more comfortable in the city.  I've visited relatives that live like that and can't wait to get home!

Could be many places but I have seen homes and views like this many places in the Adirondacks.

Pretty house, nice view.  But there are ocean people and there are lake people.  I am an ocean person.

It's a beautiful view, but the house is waaaay too big for Hubby and me.

Plus, our next move will be to a Rancher - No more stairs and two-story houses for me, thank you very much.

Id take this over a penthouse any day.  I find nothing more relaxing than a view of nature.  Penthouse views are just the opposite and I hate high places.
