@lolakimono My dear MIL used to always get canker sores. She would rinse her mouth with peroxide to help get rid of them. I don't know how she did it. I could never try it.

@lolakimono ~ how nice of you to post on vinegar too! Hydrogen Peroxide, Vinegar and A&H Baking Soda, a plethora of great and natural uses with these products. Rubbing alcohol comes in handy too!

And lets not forget the most important one to dog owners, the one I had to use last night
1 quart peroxide
1/4 cup baking soda
1 teaspoon of dawn dish detergent
Mix together and scrub your rub on your freshly skunked dog ASAP
Thankfully it works

Once you start doing it after a while it just tastes like water.
Or you could mix it with water before you rinse.
But the first time it is quite a shock
