I am a fireplace addict.  I must have one.  And it must be real.   No electric, gas or new fangled ones for me.   I want the smell, crackle and ambiance of a woodburning FP.   I even love cleaning out the ashes and getting ready for the next round.   I've perfected roasting marshmallows over the fire.   I have two and that's it.   I'll never have a house without a real fireplace.  So, I'd take any of those pictured, IF they are real.
