My sister in law just gave me a photo book that belonged to mny mother. All these lovely old phots are stuck to the sticky pages. I know they will tear if I try to remove them. Anyone have any luck with this kind of thing?

I've come across this same problem and the best way I could remove them without damage was to cut them out with my scissors.

A hair dryer on low setting will release it.  Very slowly.

Also I would take a closeup picture of each one with my phone before I tried to remove them.  Insurance!

I remember those photo albums.  I'm convinced they turned the photographs orange too.  Awful albums.

@geegerbee I wonder if you put each sheet in the freezer for a bit it might loosen the grip on the photo...it's worth a try.  

I have some of those older albums and I know the photos are stuck to the pages.

I would first scan the pages and put them on a hard drive or cd before trying to remove them. This way, you preserve the order and writing under each one if there is any.
