I like to take a steamer to my mattress about every few months. That way they don't stand a chance.

But aren't they still in there - Just steamed dead?  Just like in the 40 yr old mattress cuz I don't think they live that long LOL

Yes, and when you steam them it kills them so they don't have babies!!Woman Tongue

One female dust mite lays about 100 eggs every couple of months. Think about that for just a second.

I can’t see myself ever keeping a mattress for 40 years but neither can I see spending a lot of money every 5 or 6 years for a new mattress. Who has that kind of money? Not me.
