Re: How do you find this room: inviting or cold, perfect , etc.

Much better color mixing than the room in the other post and much more inviting to me.

Too much white. Doesn't look warm and inviting to me.  It's nice that it's bright but I think would be a nightmare to keep clean.  Looks like a room where I would sit in to read a book but not do much of anything else.  Sorry but not for me.

Too much clutter. Too much furniture.

Love the beams plus the light coming in.

It's so interesting, @Nonametoday ,  when you enlarge it to look at!

I find it inviting, with just a few tweaks.

Would have to eliminate one of the pendant lights, either the living room one, or sunroom one, which are "fighting" a bit, to me.

Again, for my own "visual comfort",  on the skirted table, I'd have a solid fabric, not a print.  I love the other patterns in the room, and the variegated stripes of the rug, but that print is just one too many for me.  Everyone is different in how much pattern they can tolerate.

The coffee table is pretty, but I'd have a lower one. Think it would help relax the room. There's already a "tea-height" table in the 3 legged one.

LOve that bull's eye-type mirror, sconces, the tufted blue fireside chairs, glass lamp with patterned shade, beams and French doors, dreamy!

I think this room looks AWFUL!! Dated and not conducive to relaxation. Easy pass.

@Oznell

I think these are elements on which we completely agree.

I think it's lovely. I would feel comfortable and welcome in this room.

The furniture and decor style is one that does not appeal to me. That coupled with the fact that it' appears cluttered leaves it very much uninviting.

Re: How do you find this room: inviting or cold, perfect , etc.

I find the room inviting due to the all of the windows inviting the warmth and sunshine in.

I like the rug, the blue chairs, and the side table next to the lovely fireplace. Pretty plants.

I would eliminate the table next to the window as it blocks the light and its elimination would open the space a bit. A smaller, lower coffee table would also help. I'd eliminate the smaller table as well.
