How are you using your VPH lighted spheres now?

I just got several sets of Valerie's "mercury glass" spheres and I want to decorate with them in my house all year. I'm in the snowy north so I won't use them outside for months (maybe never). I've got a big red sphere and smaller gold and silver ones I could use for Valentine's Day; I've got a green one for St. Patrick's Day, etc.

Do any of you have pics of ways you're using the spheres inside your house in other than Christmas settings? Have you incorporated them in centerpieces? I'm trying to figure out how to use the big red one on my Valentine's Day table but it's so big. Some of you are so creative. Any ideas/suggestions would be welcome. TIA

I have the Amber ones and the White ones. I am using the Amber ones on my Bookcases, amongst the books. The large White one I have on my Diningroom table, inside a Red Roses Wreath. The smaller White ones I have in my Bathroom on some shelves with blue stones and some Sea Shells. Love them!

Yes, I have the blue ones on my dining table, love, love them. They are sitting on a mirrored tray which makes them sparkle more.

I used one for awhile but found they really burn through the batteries. Now I'm stuck with having to find a place to store them. They take up a lot of room. Wish I hadn't gotten them.

I have bought several colored sets...purple, gold, silver, multi, green, and blue! I have already started the process decorating for Spring with bunnies...

OK, laugh if you must {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

Right after Easter, I will be keeping 90% of the decorations in place til Fall...just removing the few sets of bunnies and a couple of VPH egg trees & topieries.

I am incorporating ALL the sphere sets except the multi...not using all 3 spheres of each set, but one or 2 from each set and spread them out all around our livingroom. I'm about 1/2 way done...

I will post pics in a few days when I am finished {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

I have only been recharging our batteries once every 2-3 weeks. Compared to many other battery operated decor items I have bought of VPH, for us, the batteries last the longest in the spheres!

We keep them on timer-mode. Do you leave them on 24/7?

Thanks for all your ideas.

Susan Louise, I can't wait to see your pictures. I, too, want to incorporate my spheres into my year-round decor.

Starting to decorate with bunnies or whatever is Spring sounds delightful. We in the northeast have had our fill of frigid temps, snow and ice.

Hello Susan Louise...

I didn't hear you mention your lavender spheres. Did you receive them and how do you like them? I would love to hear your opinionon these as there is no color swatch.

The batteries last a long time for me in my spheres, I love them.
