Art is such a personal thing and everyone is going to have a different reaction.  The art to me is very striking, although I would not display I appreciate it.

I like how the room is decorated, but I would never hang a picture of a rock star in my house. Never was a JH fan.

I don't think Jimi Hendrix on a crocheted doily is my favorite kind of artwork. Aside from that, I'm getting too much of a Flintstone vibe from that room.  Not my thing.

I don't care for it at all, but decor is so personal. I do enjoy seeing  when people decorate with things they like and things that have meaning to them.

@faeriemoon literally took the words right out of my mouth with the doily comment!  Even if there was something different bordering the picture, I still would give it a thumbs down.  Music is a huge part of my life but I can't think of anyone I would want hanging as artwork in any room of my house.  

I do like the chair and would love to sit in one to try it out.  I don't think I would want it but it is  kind of cool looking.
