I love all the windows and would be happy in a glass house, but I couldn't take those wood walls.  NO way!   Wood wood everywhere.

I agree @Sooner I love the windows, but there is way too much wood.

This house is just too much wood for me.

I would love it if the wood was painted in a few places (like kitchen cabinets) and the furniture was replaced with comfortable oversize pieces. The dining chairs look totally uncomfortable.

Plus it needs some warming up with greenery.

The views are beautiful!  Too much of the same wood in the interior though. I'd rather have wood floors and lighter walls. I like all the windows, but I'd want some kind of window treatments. The furnishings seem to blend in with all the wood. I'd prefer some contrasting colors in the furniture & accessories.

I know it's Maine, but too many windows and too much wood for me.

Re: House on Sebago Lake in Maine

I suspect there is lots of privacy on this lot hence no window coverings.  While all wood would not be appealing, I am in love with the wraparound fireplace.  I could relax in that living room and while the day away.  This reminds me more of a Fall/Winter place than a summer place.  LM
