House Plant Bug Solution?

Is there a simple solution that I can mist onto a house plant fern?

The palm like leaves are apparently getting eaten up by something I can't see....some of the leaves are getting half black?

I also see fine webs on the ground but there's nothing there?

I have 2 of them and they are not huge, just a typical table pot about 8-10"
